At Venderby's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items don't fit or meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt to return them for a refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unworn and original condition.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized delivery point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
